These Terms of Service govern your use of Wickd at https://wickd.io. By creating an account or using wickd.io you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your country and not resident in a jurisdiction where use of the service is prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you live.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. One person may hold one account unless we agree otherwise.

3. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are processed in the supported currencies and networks. You are responsible for sending funds to the correct address and network; transfers sent incorrectly may be unrecoverable.

4. Verification before withdrawal

To meet our AML/KYC obligations, you must complete free identity verification before your first withdrawal, as described in our AML/KYC Policy. We will never ask you to make a deposit, pay a fee, tax or any other amount, or reach a status or tier in order to withdraw your own funds.

5. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to your activity. We do not collect taxes from you, and no tax payment is ever a condition of a withdrawal.

6. Account security measures

We apply automated and manual security measures to protect accounts. Where these measures detect unusual activity, we may pause withdrawals or require additional steps before access is restored.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the service for money laundering, fraud, market abuse, or any unlawful purpose, or attempt to circumvent our security or verification measures.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or where required by law, and may withhold affected funds while a lawful investigation is completed.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Wickd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your failure to follow these Terms.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the law of our licensing jurisdiction.
